We have been Oehlert Brothers, Inc. customers for many years. We have found them to be responsive to our needs and their technicians friendly and professional. I would like to specifically mention technician Tom. In the current Covid-19 environment, we were especially concerned that correct protocols be utilized during a recent service call. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with our AC was promptly identified and corrected. He also checked our second unit and did the annual tuneup per our maintenance plan. I love Oehlerts.
Oehlert has been servicing my heater for over 30 years. Their technicians have always been courteous and knowledgeable when they come for my annual checkup to be sure things continue to work efficiently.

I had no heat in two rooms, but had plenty elsewhere. Oehlert responded promptly, as always. Patrick and his assistant took time to assess and then solve the problem. Patrick has done work on my oil burner in the past, so I was sure the work would be done properly. And it was!
WE HAD A NEW FURNACE INSTALLED. FROM THE OFFICE PEOPLE TO THE INSTALLERS I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN BETTER SERVICE. THE INSTALLERS HAD TO REMOVE THE OLD FURNACE. WE HAVE NO OUTSIDE ENTRANCE. THEY HAD TO TAKE IT UP NARROW STEPS AND OUT A SMALL DOOR WAY. THEY WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT CAUSING SOME DAMMAGE THAN I WAS. GOT IT OUT AND NEW ONE IN. WITH LITTLE TO NO DAMMAGE.
