Rich was excellent! He not only gave me good information, he also noted that my system needs an update when it is next serviced. He was very professional and gives a good example to the Oehlert Bros. Business and service.
Have used Oehlert Bros since moving to Phoenixville in 2006. From the main office to the techs who come out during cold weather emergencies, the customer service is exceptional!!
I have had their swervice contract for several years and they remind me when service is due and the technicians are always on time and tell me when there are any problems and then fix them Will continue to be a customer
I had a service call by Dominique lately for an odd situation of water accumulating in our furnace box (base) down under fan. He investigated Aprilaire unit with no issue found, although this older unit was very difficult to disassemble and reassemble. Don was very professional and did not complain or find excuses about this mystery water. It was not resolved, but I could not have been happier about his attitude and attempts to help resolve.
