You have a great crew of workers. You must emphasize customer service and friendliness and this crew lived up to the standard. I know this may sound silly, but doing what was done is a little scary for the homeowner. The professionalism and communication that Chris and his crew demonstrated helped to alleviate that concern. The same applies to Paul who installed the support liner.
