I can't say enough good about **** State. We've had the system for 25 years and purchased a very inexpensive warranty at the time. Over the decades, we've had a few problems that handled courteously and effectively.Climate Change is increasing the number of severe storms in NE **** and recently we had water in our basement, Today, the team fixed the problem. ****** was very knowledgeable of the project and what needed to be completed. There was a bit of confusion about what all should have been handled by the company as far as painting because I was under the impression of something differently alluded to by the salesman. Other than that I do feel comfortable with the job and the overall performance of the foreman ******************** and his crew. They were pleasant and polite. Great job
