Found degrading concrete block wall around a suspended pipe inside basement. ******** and one man crew arrived earlier then scheduled, began to to do a simple patch around the pipe. ******** explained as he worked and that he wanted to check why I had the issue. **** and his crew were incredibly well organized and clean throughout the whole process. Communication was top notch and throughout the day **** did a great job of explaining the process and each step of the job. I felt comfortable with them working around the whole house and was appreciative of their ability to respect our neighbors property as well during the job.
