Very timely the crew got here on time everyday they were very efficient everyone was extremely nice ******kept me informed throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend ****** and his crew in the future.
This job started off on a bad note but thanks to *************** *a better place with this system. He was on time and upfront with everything from beginning to end. To be honest he saved the job because the salesman told me they didnt have to cut my shelf out and when ****** came he said that his Hilti hammer couldnt fit therefore it would have to be moved. Glad I went with Ohio state waterproofing and not the other guys! I had a cracked and bowed wall that was a rebuild and other guys wanted to just brace it! Ohio state waterproofing fixed it correctly by doing a rebuild. It was completed before the deadline, floors were protected with protective covering, items left in basement protected with plastic, and cleaned everything up very well!! extra care taken to items like my vanity which I didnt have to move!! Kudos to *** and his crew!! Keep up the great work!!
