Nate and his crew were great they did exactly what they said they were going to do and I finally have a legitimate waterproofed basement! Highly recommend Ohio State Waterproofing if you are looking for a professional company to do the job right the FIRST time!

You have a great crew of workers. You must emphasize customer service and friendliness and this crew lived up to the standard. I know this may sound silly, but doing what was done is a little scary for the homeowner. The professionalism and communication that Chris and his crew demonstrated helped to alleviate that concern. The same applies to Paul who installed the support liner.
