********, *****and ***came out this week for maintenance on my home. I had my basement waterproofed years ago. The yearly maintenance fee is worth every penny.. The guys scrubbed some effervescence that had leaked through the ciderblocks in the basement. They raised my seal on the outside of the house. They even fixed a downspout. Very professional. Very respectful. No mess to clean up. I was so pleased with their work.

After experiencing flooding last year in our basement, we called Ohio State Waterproofing (OSW). The house had previously been done by them, but the warranty had been lapsed for over a decade. OSW has a wonderful warranty reinstatement program that allowed my family to get back under warranty without having to put a whole new system in.******** and his team did an absolutely wonderful job on the reinstatement work.
