The crew that came to my house was courteous. They seem to do their best to keep my house clean. They were knowledgeable and made sure everything was working before they left. They even had to come back the next day because one thing was not working properly they found out the problem was not what we thought and fixed it anyway.

I can't say enough good about **** State. We've had the system for 25 years and purchased a very inexpensive warranty at the time. ****** was very knowledgeable of the project and what needed to be completed. There was a bit of confusion about what all should have been handled by the company as far as painting because I was under the impression of something differently alluded to by the salesman. Other than that I do feel comfortable with the job and the overall performance of the foreman ******************** and his crew. They were pleasant and polite. Great job
