I can't say enough good about Ohio State. We've had the system for 25 years and purchased a very inexpensive warranty at the time. Over the decades, we've had a few problems that handled courteously and effectively. Climate Change is increasing the number of severe storms in NE Ohio and recently we had water in our basement, Today, the team fixed the problem. Simple as that. Call and they come. ****** was very knowledgeable of the project and what needed to be completed. There was a bit of confusion about what all should have been handled by the company as far as painting because I was under the impression of something differently alluded to by the salesman. Other than that I do feel comfortable with the job and the overall performance of the foreman ******************** and his crew. They were pleasant and polite. Great job
