After I called Ohio State Waterproofing and after the salesman explained to me about the mold and show a video, I realized the importance to fix my basement. The company sent an excellent crew composed of 5 guys. When they arrived the first day I was showing ******* (the *******)and **** each room in the basement, they explained to me step by step of what they will be doing. ***** was a fabulous fore-person; he and his crew not only did a thorough job of waterproofing our basement, but he explained everything to me and showed me step by step what they were doing (as I had requested). I must also mention that I had to fire the first fore they sent out (******) for his total unwillingness to communicate with me and for other issues. The company sent the Director of Operations and our sales rep ***** out to find out what had gone wrong. We also had the Production Manager come out several times to c... read more
Ohio State Waterproofing did absolutely amazing Construction in my basement and finished in only 3 days. *INSIDE &OUTSIDE* I sure Can say Im glad **** State did my basement BUT, more greatful of the group of gentleman here led by a wonderful boss chase. Cant thank all of them enough for talking with me and making me feel like I was welcome into knowing what they were doing to my home. Thanks again to you all.
The whole team was timely, efficient and hard working. Everyone was very professional as well. I would highly recommend Ohio State Waterproofing if you are in need of serious waterproofing. The whole job, which was extremely extensive, was completed in 3 days. Thank you so much for all the hard work!

**** and his crew provided excellent professional serice from the moment they entered the driveway . from preparing to enter the house until the last step of cleaning up. very professional, polite and courteous. the finished job very neat. explained each step and reviewed use of pump and air cleaner. five stars for sure
