It took three tries to get service: the first time I was stuck in line behind two vehicles, and the one in the bay was a large truck that required much more service than usual, so I ran a quick errand and returned and the same truck was *still* there. Upon returning, I asked to be placed in a different line and was refused. So I began the wait again, watching while people who arrived AFTER I did, get served before me. They cracked my oil pan during service by over tightening my drain plug and tried very hard not to pay for the replacement. They ended up admitting to fault and replacing my oil pan but not before arguing non stop with them and threatening to take legal action. I appreciate the replacement but I don't think it should have been that stressful for me, the customer to get them to fix the mistake they made. I got charged for a bottle of oil cleaner that I never got asked if I wanted, I didnt catch it until I got my receipt
Every two minutes the service people were trying b to up sell me for extra work that was extremely overpriced and unnecessary. If I had agreed to all of it, that oil change would have cost $500. I will never go there again.
Disappointed won't be returning
TWO WORDS.. UP SALE!!!! my daughter ( age 20) was warned but still got got so to speak. A $49 oil change turned into a $349 bill. We will be going back to our trusted mechanic that when we ask for an oil change that's ALLLLLL we get.
Horrible customer service. The guy talked way too fast and when id ask him to repeat or explain what he said he was condescending. Will NEVER go back here
I will never use OilStop on Broadway again. Upcharged items without previously telling me. No communication between employees.
