I came in for an oil change because i saw a flyer mailed to my home. I went in on a Wednesday morning. No waiting started promptly. But they try to upsell you on everything. I just had to say no. But overall great service. Drove in and finished under an hour.
Just wanted an oil change but was continually approached with recommended cleaners and additives. When I go to the dealer they don't bother me with these so called "recommendations". They are not needed. After getting home I noticed that my differential was leaking on my driveway. I found out that when they checked the fluid level they broke the rubber plug that seals the filler hole. You would think that someone would have told me so the proper repair could have been made before leaving a mess. I was no small leak.
