It was a quick oil change. Only took one star off because I thought I would spend $60 for the oil change but ended up paying $120. $60 more 2 air filters which I guess were much needed.
Thank you Dylan and Greg for the outstanding service! They went above and beyond to make sure my car had everything it needed. So helpful! Will be back in 4 months!
Always a solid service and a cold beverage offering is a nice tough. I really wish they would not push the up sells though. Especially when they can't explain why my car would Need it or at least not offer every single one.
By far the best oil change experience I've had. Dylan was incredibly courteous, at all times. Come here! $75 for full synthetic (cheaper w/ the yelp coupon). Plus, you never have to leave your car!

My family has been going to the Oilstop for over 15 years. This is the first time we have ever had a problem. They put motor oil in the transmission naturally it cooked and created a horrible smell. We have now been trying to just get our Money back for that one oil change and have left several messages for anybody who will call us back. No response back. We understand everyone makes a mistake once in a while but to not return a phone or show any concern is unacceptable. To bad used to be a great place.
Omg! Best honest experience with no pressure. And they offered a beverage. I went in just for an oil change. I saved so much. I sure will be servicing my car here for now on.
Quick and friendly. Sit in my car and have a water while I wait. That's the good. They suggested a raft of additional additives, filters, cleaners, etc. I expect that. Pretty much standard. They weren't super aggressive about it. They tried to charge me for an oil filter. Have I ever paid for an oil filter for an oil change? No. I pulled up their website and it says that a new oil filter is part of the 33-point service. The technician said "Ok, I won't charge you for that."
