Such a great place to get a quick oil change! I was in and out within 30 minutes. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Muzzy and Marcos helped me out today, very polite! What I learned from asking questions... depending on your car and the type of oil you put in it, your next oil change may not be for another 3,000-10,000 miles.. I get full synthetic and I have to change my oil every 6,000 miles (according to my car setting) which is what I do! Also, you don't have to buy what they offer or recommend. ... read more

Great record of my service to 2 cars. Friendly, helpful and respectful. Sometimes I cannot afford to get one of their recommended services and they don't try to intimidate or make me feel stupid for not taking their advice. For a senior citizen I appreciate their kindness. Regular customer for past 10 years.

Great car wash; my car is sparkling clean. It's better than Quick Quack car wash. My car looks throughly clean and extra shiny. I got the Wash Me Happy option. I appreciated the complimentary dash wipe and air freshener.

I don't think I've ever had a better oil change experience. Customer service is through the roof. They bring you a complimentary beverage (coffee, hot chocolate, water, coke, Diet Coke, sprite) and they are extremely communicative the light the entire process. Yes they do try and sell you certain things, but they weren't pushy about it. They did mention at the beginning that they don't get paid by commission , they're just going to tell you what you need. Just wow, this place is a needle in a haystack and a rare find! I just moved to the area and used Groupon to find an oil change station to keep my cars serviced and oh joy this place is 10 stars! They offer patrons a complimentary beverage while you wait and you get a free car wash with service, what more can you ask for! I was immediately impressed and greeted by staff on my service needs. Easy and fast service. I was overdue for an oil change and needed one ASAP, so I stopped by Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change in Costa Mesa one weekday afternoon, and there was no wait when I got there. The staff are super friendly and professional. They offer beverages while you are waiting. They offer various services to add on, and they are all optional.
