We were greeted by Bryson as we were pulling in with a coffee and a soda. He went over the whole vehicle point inspection with us very thoroughly. And our service was provided by an extremely comprehensive team led by Jason who was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. They went through everything from my engine oil, to my overdrive gear box, to my rear differential. They topped off my cooling system, and greased all of my door locks, hinges and strikers. I went there yesterday as a first time customer. I was really pleased with the great customer service. The other Yelp reviews are very accurate! I would definitely be back to OilStop in Torrance and will definitely mention my experience to friends and family. Shout out to Imari and Brandon for working on my car. They even helped me with resetting some notifications on my display dash screen.

Best management practice in the Bay Area. When you get offered a beverage while waiting in line that's a huge plus! Also the expertise and clarity on exactly what my truck needs is awesome!

The guys were super sweet and offered a beverage while I waited. A little pricey but I got the full synthetic so I think it'll be worth it. I like this service better than oil changers. I will be back!

I've been going here for many years. All employees are very knowledgeable, super nice and they never pressure you into doing anything you don't need. The manager is awesome and free drink is always great. I can't say enough good things about this business.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax. Not everywhere carries the correct oil for this truck, and if they do, they charge a premium. Oilstop was busy but once they got started, it was one of the more pleasant vehicle maintenance experiences I've ever had. All the staff are so polite, courteous amd communicative. They tell you everything they're doing every step of the way way. I got the correct oil and the price was very reasonable. It's a bit out of my way but I'd definitely go back.
