My Jeep was giving me a low oil message, and I needed an oil change anyway, so I came in. Sometimes this place is busy, but this time I got right in. After he checked me in, he asked me if I would like something to drink while I waited, and he brought me a can of Diet Coke. How nice. Yes, there are a lot of "upsells" here, but they are not pushy about it. They explained that they do not get a commission on any extras that they sell. This was my first time here and I got my oil change for my classic Mazda Rx-7. I had an extremely pleasant experience at Oil Stop. Danny and everyone else helping were very nice and professional. They topped off all my fluids which I appreciate. I'm definitely coming back for my other cars from now on. Highly recommend to is place.
As a woman going to get an oil change, I often feel like I am being taken advantage of, but that is not the case here EVER! The customer service is beyond top notch. I seriously feel like it's my brother or my dad helping me. Never feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. They always offer drinks, even for the kiddo when he has to tag along. I love this Oil Stop! They are always kind and super-helpful. Jordan helped me today ....checked my tire pressure and some other things between my usual oil services to make sure everything was safe and running well. He was awesome!!! Thank you Oil Stop for all that you do.

Excellent service! Outstanding customer service attention and first time am associate was so wonderfully helpful and genuinely courteous and conscious about how my experience was, it was so exceptional I can say it was the best experience I have ever had at a car wash by far!!!!! Way to go!! The young guys walking around asking to clean your car matts are so considerate!! Great place! Great staff!!!! Well done!
Easy stop for an oil change. I would Defiantly recommend. I was greeted when I got there by Tuan. It took about an hour and a half to be in and out of there. Brian and Erik were great. I was asked multiple times for refreshments. Also was given insight to a couple thing my car needed. Pricing is competitive with a full synthetic around $100. I fortunately found a Groupon so I was given a great discount. 5
