I was in search of a oil change as I only had 20% and was gonna go on a 12 Hour Rd. trip a few days ahead. I had searched online and through yelp to find the best drive-through oil I came across oil stop drive-through and called to get more information the customer representative was nice efficient and very helpful. The service was great! Francisco and Ian were very friendly and helpful. When it came to the options of additives, they did not add any pressure and thoroughly explained what they were for. I highly recommend this place to get your oil changed, among other services!

I was long overdue for an oil change. My friend went here and they gave her a coupon which she gave to me. There was no wait Friday during lunch hours. I was given a choice of drink. The man that helped me was knowledgeable and gave me recommendations but did not push when I refused. I got the conventional oil which is $59.99. I usually go to Jiffylube but I'll definitely start only coming here now!

Great, quick service. Make sure to look online for the coupons! Google torrance oil stop coupon you will save at least $20 every time! Very friendly and no pressure sales. Andy had great customer service when I returned with a minor issue.

I have always used them. They don't try to jack up the price. They do give options and they never make you feel like you have to do something. They aren't on commission. I totally trust them to change my oil
