I got a coupon in the mail and needed an oil change. These guys were the most polite and helpful oil guys I've ever had. Didn't even plan to write a review, just felt compelled to as I wait for them to finish up. They had the attitude of ChickFilA workers but at an oil shop, odd but I like it. They do try to upsell quite a bit, but I can't fault them too much for that. Profit is made on the margin so I get it. Bordered annoying but didn't go past the line. What used to be Meinke and Maui Express Car Wash, this is OilStop's 2nd location here in Roseville behind Arco. I/My family have been going to OilStop since I have lived in San Jose then moved to Roseville. My daughter also used the OilStop in Costa Mesa when she was going to University of Irvine. When the Franchise OilStop switched to a new business name several years ago, I was partly bummed. They carried over the same type of service & quality as if they were stil OilStop. Throughout the car wash me and my wife said the words "no F-ing way!" Because of how great the car wash was. Every time we come there's more! They give you free waters, air fresheners and wipes. Not only that, it feels like you are in a movie montage; because of how happy and friendly the employees are, not only to each other but to customers as well. The cost for a month membership is very cheap considering their services! I suggest if you want your car washed well and to feel better after you leave go here.

After driving to my dealership at Honda only to find out they were going to charge me $500+ for Motor and filter, and transmission Oil, cabin filter. I said nope! Called a friend &she recommended Oilstop. I headed there and quickly greeted by a (name?) 6'9 gentleman so informative, I quickly decided to have my service done. Offered us drinks( water) yay! So you sit in the car while they do their thing! Cool.... Kudos to Stephen, Matthew and Mohamed! They even showed me all brand accessories they are using- good to see they'... read more

Just got my oil changed here. Paid $85 for synthetic blend. This price is competitive and fair, given that they do the entire service in about 15 minutes and handle all disposal. I'm not sure if people just expect these places to make zero profit or what but you pay for the service. It's fair. Otherwise, change your own oil and save about $40 I guess but you'll spend a lot longer doing it and have to handle disposal yourself. Great value coming here.
