Kenroy and his team are the absolute best! They go above and beyond to make sure you are informed of every little thing they are doing and what recommendations they have. They do offer add ons but do not pressure you to buy anything, I love that because some folks don't know what to do and some are more educated in the maintenance of their vehicle. I don't usually leave reviews, but the service I received from Andrew at Oil Stop Costa Mesa deserves recognition. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine kindness and even offered a beverage while I waited--such a small touch, but it really set the tone for the experience. I came through for a drive through oil change and it took around 20 minutes once they were able to service my car. We stayed in the car while service was occurring and we were shown each of the new parts that were put in. At no point did I feel pressured to upgrade or like I was being scammed. This was one of the lower prices for an oil change as well. Oil changes are not fun. Nobody looks forward to it. However, this one was fast, well priced, and overall painless.

The team here at Oil Stop Drive-Thru are always friendly courteous helpful and patient. The services are quick and you're satisfied when you leave. Prices are reasonable whether you're getting a car wash or an oil change and they also offer online coupons in addition if you're looking for a little extra savings.

Amazing customer service provided by the whole team. Oil change was done by Ray who was very knowledgeable and offered options. They let us know their recommendations but weren't pushy at all. They checked everything, including tire pressure. When the hood wouldn't latch, they fixed it to make sure everything was good before they sent us on our way. Pricing was fair as well. Definitely 5 stars.

I Got a Car Wash there because I got an oil change at another location and they offer free exterior car washes I asked the attendant if I could get my floor mat cleaned and he was more than willing to offer services to clean the mats he even offered $5 per mat cleaning which I thought was very reasonable and I only needed one clean and he said that's fine so they cleaned my car and cleaned my mat and did a great job it was simple easy effortless and affordable.
