This is a wonderful company. They are patient, kind, and extremely helpful. They were hired to help me with a leak under my home in the crawl space. They know exactly what they are doing and they did a great job getting me taken care of. I'm extremely happy with their work and their ethics. I would recommend them again and again.

Had a pipe in my attic leak onto my attic floor and behind my wall and under my carpet. Luckily it had only been going on for less than a week when it was discovered. Called ODR and they came out that same afternoon and began the tearing out walls and carpet. They then started the drying process and literally zipped enclosed my closet for a few days. On December 26, 2023 we had a major water leak on an inside wall. I immediately called ODR. Their response was not only rapid, but excellent. The project manager (David Garret) was phenomenal! When ice was on my driveway, preventing me from picking out carpeting and flooring, he offered to take me!! How about that for service! Every worker was very efficient and on time each day. ODR also did an excellent job working with the insurance company. I highly recommend ODR.
When we came home one evening to find the whole west end of the house flooded, two ODR men came within 30 minutes, and quickly mopped up the mess and placed air-movement machines all over to get the moisture out. We are elderly, and could not have done it ourselves. Not only were they prompt and efficient, they were also very kind. I give them the very highest ratings, and recommend them to everyone.
My family suffered a large water leak. It damaged the floor, walls & floor vents ( ductwork) in several rooms. We had a water leak that buckled the wood floors. It was a small pinhole leak inside the wall from an outside faucet. ODR removed the damaged flooring and found the leak. They even left us an access panel for inside the cabinet leading to the pipes so if it happens again we will have easy access. Great company!

The guys at Oklahoma Disaster Restoration showed up on a Sunday evening to minimize the damage of a broken water line within our wall. They were courteous and worked swiftly. They worked directly with our insurance company and made that portion totally painless. From start to finish, they were courteous, dependable and understanding. They were abundantly cautious with all of my belongings when pipes busted and flooded our home, and they did a magnificent job of drying the carpets, replacing the wood floors. And redoing the sheet rock and trim. Every person they sent to my home was professional and kind. I highly recommend them! I hopefully will never have a home disaster again, but if I do, I will call them without hesitation.
