I have had Old Republic since 2009 overall they are a good company. However, in the last year, Ive noticed a huge decline in their customer service as well as their extremely long wait times of 15 minutes or longer no matter what time of day I try to call. On September 9, 2024, I had a extremely bad experience with a *** that was not knowledgeable was extremely rude and even overdrew my account because she double charged me. Old Republic is Excellent!!! They respond quickly and send you 4-5 star rated technicians. I have had home warranty companies for decades and switched to Old Republic last year. My previous company would send me companies that had 1 star out of 143 reviews, which is unacceptable. Many technicians over the years would say that Old Republic is the best. I did not switch at that time because they required first year payment upfront and then second year you could pay monthly. That has now changed and you can start out with month... read more
