I used to have another National competitor as my home warranty company and I have to say I have never been happier with the decision to switch to Old Republic. I have been an Old Republic Home Warranty customer since 2010, when my realtor signed us up with them. Since then, I have had anything from the garaged door spring replaced to the replacement of my dishwasher. Occasionally, we have encountered a few bad technicians, and once, an Old Republic customer service representative who was not pleasant.
