I asked for a second opinion and the company ********************* Doors came out and fixed the only item needed. The garage door opener itself. We inherited our Old Republic home warranty when we bought a ** townhouse from our daughter about six years ago. They helped us with a hot water tank replacement, a dishwasher repair, a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom, an HVAC unit repair, an electrical malfunction, and a plumbing problem. Very Quick response. All my issues (plumbing, dishwasher, gas range)were addressed on the same day. I have no issues dealing with the ORHP team. I recommend ORHP to all my friends.
