Very easy to use which is great! We had an issue with our dishwasher. We have used Old Republic for years and have had very good services. I found the issue on the choices and they sent a service person over. Unfortunately they felt it was a plumbing problem once he checked it out so he didnt fix it. They still charged the service fee.Luckily for us my husband was able to unplug the hose that was causing the backup so we didnt have to arrange for a plumber. My air conditioner broke. It was 107 degrees out. Four hours later it was running perfectly, thanks to Old Republic and the air conditioner company they sent out to repair it.

Website for repair request fir ORHP was easy to use. Fast dispatch to a service provider. Excellent service provided by AC repair tech/service personnel. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend using them in the future.

Quickly got in contact with an HVAC contractor. Only problem was **** contractor never called or arrived when scheduled. Called Old Republic and they immediately cancelled the first order then contacted another contractor. They came out when promised and fixed our problem.

We have had excellent service from ORHP so far. When a part couldnt be found for our dishwasher, they promptly sent a new dishwasher that was very comparable to our old one.

ORHP website was easy to use to initiate a request for service. The plumber called back promptly and came when he said he would. The job was easy and we had no complaints about his service. Would definitely use the service provider again and was pleased with the overall result.
