I have had to utilize my warranty several times over the years. I have found the subcontractors to be fair, timely and nice to work with. Of all the home warranty companies, I have found this company to be the most reliable.

I did have quick & positive response from ORHP, the heating guy they sent out was nice, professional. I did pay the $100 trade service call, but nothing else. I hope I don't get charged further down the line for any residual costs for the heating call. I hope they are great service providers should I need them again, because most of the reviews are worrisome.

I have had three repairs with Old Republic so far. My swamp cooler, electricity issues & a backed up kitchen sink. All were completed with knowledgeable repair technicians.

Had issues with electric Orhp sent out tech that was unable to make repair so I contacted someone out of network and all fixed. Orhp reimbursed me which was the right thing for them to do. And i appreciate this very much. They made it right they are also very gracious on the phone
