For the ** unit problem, it was perfect. You guys handled everything thats what I paid for now the downfall is the roofing problems , the roof company because you guys leave it up to us to find someone and I already called four businesses up here in *********** and none of them show up.

In the few years that I've had Old Republic Home Protection, I can honestly say that this is the first time I've had the best service. One of our fuses would sometimes trip when the weather was hot and the air conditioner was running. I filed a claim online, I was assigned an electrician (***** Electric) that they assigned in the past and never came out to fix one of our other problems. we had a plumbing issue,called old republic on a friday afternoon,service tech was out to fix issue the following monday morning at 9 am,did a good job and was done by 9:30 am.

Live in an area with few participating contractors. They work with you to locate a contractor willing to drive or you can choose a local company. I would definitely recommend them.

My A/C went out during a heat wave.The service was excellent.Had a technician out the same day who was able to make a temporary fix and a new unit was installed within 2 weeks.Thankyou!!!

The contractor that came out was amazing!! Did a remarkable job!! He worked with me while I was running errands to meet up with him at my home. Since we have kids and no hot water he came out the same day . Will request him again if need be.. very impressed with his work.. the insurance people worked with me to find someone quick..

It took a while for the ** people to show up for my "noisy" compressor (they said they were a little busy) but once they showed up they checked out my system and said it was good. Only needed to replace a capacitor. Tech rep was very knowledgeable.
