Old Republic has been great for us. Only used a few times but zero issues. Online scheduling is quick and easy. We had one year warranty included when we purchased the house. We renewed the warranty, still happy, still zero issues!

Have never had bad service from ORHP, only time response was slow was during the pandemic when my washer went out but other that that it's been great

Old Republic has been the best home warranty service I have ever experienced. We've had a few of these contracts: first one back when we bought our house in the early 90's and then after that company sucked another company made a good sales pitch and we bit. Both of these companies would always find a way to prove whatever the issue was, it was outside of what they covered. Plumbing problem? I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this organization. The representatives are super responsive, knowledgeable, empowered. They have consistently resolved my issues (water heater, AC and some electrical issues in the past 8 months) in a quick and professional manner. They treated me with respect even calling me back when my own phone reception failed. Highly recommend them.
