Excellent, thorough, attentive, caring and professional staff. They are clearly honest and have the patient's best interest in mind. It is very hard to find and amazing dental office, but this is it! I will be with them permanently!!!!!
Quickly in for the treatment. Personally, I liked the way the technician cleans teeth. She seems to use the "old fashioned" method of utensil scraping instead of the more modern water scraper. I feel my teeth get cleaner because I can feel the bits being removed and, when the final scrape is done, I can feel the teeth are really clean. I realize this is just personal preference and the other way gets the teeth just as clean.
Wonderful practice and everyone was really nice and they seemed to really care about their work and our teeth :) This would be 5 stars except for the fact that they're expensive. You get what you pay for however we are cash paying customers and dental insurance on the private market is crap. So I would give them 5 stars if they had a VIP program or something for cash paying customers.
The experience of having to replace a previous crown that had cracked was good. Dr. Lewcock did as much as he could to remove any discomfort associated with the procedure.
First visit was great for going to the dentist
Always a friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is always willing to help in any way and make the visit a pleasant one.
