The service I receive at my routine 6 month check ups is always prompt and performed well. I did have a problem with an item on my bill following my last visit, however. I called and was told that whoever answered my call would check with her supervisor and get back to me. Two days later I had not heard back from anyone, so I called again and spoke to Raina, who I assume is a supervisor. I was not satisfied with the outcome of that call.
