Angie went above and beyond for us, we are on a remote site and needed special order material quickly and she and the team at OWST hand delivered the product to us to help us finish our project on time. They went out of their way, far beyond ordinary customer service and we (and our client!) appreciate their efforts so much. The selection at the showroom is excellent and the staff are knowledgeable. Customer service is better than 5 star!

Kellie Was wonderful to work with. I found a really pretty Tile for my New Kitchen. They delivered the Tile to my Home and every Tile was perfect. I love this Place highly recommend.
Kellie Van Sickle’s friendly, welcoming style was refreshing in helping me find the right tile in the SLC location. She knows her inventory! We found perfect tiles. Same day, she sent a very nicely priced bid!! Kellie arranged for installation. The tile man was here early yesterday! They did a beautiful job setting the backsplash!!! I first went to OWSI w a friend whose experience w them was great. My experience has been great!!! I recommend them whole heartedly!
Skyler was knowledgeable about his products and awesome at design ideas. He was so helpful helping me pick out everything and making sure it all went together. Great service! Great products! I was overwhelmed by their amazing selection. Overall great experience.
