I had purchased tile from another supplier a couple of years ago and when I wanted some slate tiles I found they were out of business. In search for quality product at a good price I found Old World Stone. They were very professional and willing to answer questions when I called with questions. I will be sure to refer anyone who is the least bit interested in stone, tile. etc. to Old World Stone.
Old world stone has treated me about as professionally as I can ask for, their prices are extremely competitive and their service is excellent. I refer my customers to them with-out hesitation knowing that they will be taken care of each and every time.
I went everywhere for tile and stone and the best place I found was Old world stone Imports. And you cannot beat there prices!
The staff at Old World Stone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and then help me find it. They made suggestions to make my ideas even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Their prices were very good as well.
What a terrible experience. Before deciding to spend over $20k with OWSI, we had already sourced comparable materials from other shops. We walked into OWSI with most of our decisions already made. We decided to work with OWSI once they promised by centralizing everything with them, quality would be higher, they would be more efficient, and more cost effective. Was promised an install date and it was 2 weeks late. Don't make promises you can't keep
I was shown a carpet at the store and quoted a price that was 55% off from actual price. I had a person at the house twice to measure the property and the only comment they had was "we will refund your deposit". Of course there will be a refund. I never could find the product on the website to verify the information from the sales floor.
We are extremely happy with the flooring through our entire house. The tile throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms turned out spectacular because of Skyler‘s talented designs. OWS I was accommodating to meet our needs. Skyler was very patient as we made changes along the way.
