I was very disappointed because it had great reviews and my neighbor had a good experience with them. However, I went in the first time, I waited too long to get any help and felt rushed to make a decision. I picked some samples of woodfloor and went to return them and not one employee offered to help, even the employees were chatting with one another didn't bother to help us. Customer service needs improvement. It also took them a week to deliver a quote to despite having given them our measurements.
Very unprofessional, Wanis Salem has not returned my calls until now, and the first words he said to me over the phone was:" You caused a lot of troubles." He just called and yelled at his customer about leaving a bad review! Threaten to sue his customer because of this bad review. Stated that he will never finish the job because of this bad review. Our laundry room door never installed back properly after tiles are installed on our floor by old world stone. The door can't close and it is one side lower than the other. They told me someone will come to fix it, so I have paid the service in full, but nobody came. I called, they just keep postponed it, giving me different excuses...
