Francie is such a pro!!! She finds things lightening fast and has such good taste! She is a fantastic decorator and knows her stuff. I found the prices to be reasonable!

I work with Old World on a small job that was adding more brick to a brick wall that was done by Old World a couple of years ago. The Old World representative was great in the beginning. During the install it became obvious that the grout color didn't match the original grout color and the new bricks looked like they were a "patch." They tried one time to make it look better and were somewhat successful, but it still wasn't as close as I felt it should be.
