Old Marco Inn unit 202 Everything was great. Four restaurants on property. Pool and hot tub were nice size and not crowded. Shops on property as well. Air conditioning had tripped due to high condensation in trap. Maintenance man arrived and fixed it within one hour of us calling manager. Could use more toiletries and coffee bags to match number of guests and days staying.

Great Stay, 1 Complaint Great property, staff and area. Only complaint is mattresses were very uncomfortable.
Close proximity to all we needed Weather was perfect and restaurant’s on-site were very good and gave good service. Pool was perfect and the home was comfortable and and spacious.
Great site, but unit 405 needs refurbishing Really good complex, but the classic unit we rented is very tired and the bathroom tile floors are badly cracked and need replacing.

Spring Break 21 Great place located in Old Marco Island. Just down the street from Snooks ( which gets crazy busy very early). Comfortable and cozy. A few upgrades needed in the unit we stayed in but overall a nice place.
Friendly and accommodating. I will come back and stay here.
