Great Stay, 1 Complaint Great property, staff and area. Only complaint is mattresses were very uncomfortable.
Close proximity to all we needed Weather was perfect and restaurant’s on-site were very good and gave good service. Pool was perfect and the home was comfortable and and spacious.
Great site, but unit 405 needs refurbishing Really good complex, but the classic unit we rented is very tired and the bathroom tile floors are badly cracked and need replacing.

Spring Break 21 Great place located in Old Marco Island. Just down the street from Snooks ( which gets crazy busy very early). Comfortable and cozy. A few upgrades needed in the unit we stayed in but overall a nice place.
Friendly and accommodating. I will come back and stay here.

The property was located in a great are for food and walking. The pool area was very disappointing and the room had many things that were broke, didn’t work or not well kept. These little details would have made this property an awesome place.

The property was beautiful, with an old world charm. We enjoyed our very spacious 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Suite with a kitchen and screened lanai. Elevators were fast, parking was easy and there were many restaurant options, all with great food and service!! There was even live music in the evenings in an outdoor grotto type area, very nice! indeed! The staff was friendly and helpful, there were additional restaurants within walking distance. This was a beautiful property to stay at with my husband and two teen boys who were doing school remotely. Our room was large and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had minimal dishes and cookware. The Smith House and it’s partner restaurants served delicious food. Lively entertainment provided on the weekends. The pool and hot tub are small but very clean and warm and heavenly!
