I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received from Dr. Strickland and the Old Town Vet Clinic. My beloved 4-year-old pitbull, Mac, was in dire need of medical attention and I was met with a complete lack of empathy and compassion. When Mac presented with a concerning lump, vomiting and refusal of food and mass intake of water, Dr. Strickland's initial diagnosis was completely off-base. We were clients of this hospital for 3-4 years. They were fine until my dog got seriously ill. Then they told us they didn’t have time or manpower to handle and referred us to the Emergency Vet where we eventually had to put her down. We have yet to hear from them. We feel they were uncaring and heartless. I would never go back there.

The girl on the phone was very argumentative. An employee came to the car and accused us of name calling. It was a crazy situation. one I've never experienced and one I hope never to experience again. therefore I would never advise anyone to use their service. The employee lied about the phone conversation. Her associate believed her
