The estimate for the necessary repairs to our deck was quite reasonable, especially given the extent (and as it turned out, urgency of those repairs). We were "early" in the season, and timeliness was super. My siding repairs ended up being a little more involved than the original quote, but Timothy stayed with his price. High quality work. I actually used them to paint my house and they exceeded my expectations.
The O???Leary Brothers??? built a 700 square foot deck for me. Their estimate was very reasonable in comparison with the other three estimates I received. The contract I signed with them was very detailed. The contract specified the quality of lumber, the screws and hangers. It is important the different components of the deck match each other.
