The O???Leary Brothers??? built a 700 square foot deck for me. Their estimate was very reasonable in comparison with the other three estimates I received. The contract I signed with them was very detailed. The contract specified the quality of lumber, the screws and hangers. It is important the different components of the deck match each other. Tim O'leary and his team were very professional indeed and did a wonderful job rebuilding the underneath of my deck, cost was very reasonable. Would defnitely recommend them !
My only concern was getting them to return phone calls in a timely manner. Their concern for the customer saved us from a far greater expense. The work quality appears top notch.
What Tim did was fine but his stucco man did a terrible match job and it gas been over a week and he has not shown up to correct the color as Tim promised he would. Really disappointed that there has been no communication as to when someone us coming to fix the problem.
