Tim O'Leary and I met just briefly at the site to talk about the fence replacement. All other communication was by e-mail or telephone. All communication was clear, concise, and specific. He described the changes that needed to made in the original plan and explained the reasons. And he was very friendly throughout the process. They knew we had time constraints and were very attentive to our needs. Their advice on color and type of paint was perfect and the work was timely and professional. Would definitely recommend Evergreen and will hire them again in the future.
In addition to siding repair, they also relocated a dog door through an exterior wall (cutting new hole and filling old hole's drywall and siding).
