Pleasant staff, prompt and courteous service, and the doctor was terrific with Phoebe.
Would have given a lower rating if I could. A few weeks ago we had our 4 yr old lab there for a tooth extraction at the clinics suggestion. Then from there it was downhill quickly. Our dog stopped eating and drinking. Lost 12 pounds in a week. We took her back in, they prescribed meds and special food. Called them said it is not working, they prescribed more meds. No luck, took her back in and were told the pain meds given may have caused stomach ulcers. More meds given and still nothing, poor dog was in pain. Finally gave u... read more

Was using them until I missed an appointment and they gave me a huge hassle about squeezing my dog in for 3 vaccines. Refused to talk to the other doctors to get him seen and the one doctor that he was to see refused to stay 10 mins until we got there. Absolutely ridiculous that they would not understand the dire need and that people have emergencies and forget appointments
