Was using them until I missed an appointment and they gave me a huge hassle about squeezing my dog in for 3 vaccines. Refused to talk to the other doctors to get him seen and the one doctor that he was to see refused to stay 10 mins until we got there. Absolutely ridiculous that they would not understand the dire need and that people have emergencies and forget appointments

I came to YOU for HELP…Wednesday afternoon. I have been coming to Oley Valley Animal Clinic… for 30+yrs. with 4 generations of dogs. I brought my Beautiful, healthy 3 year old Golden retriever Carson…to be checked out because he hadn’t eaten for 2 days…YOU charged me $544.40…and sent me home with some pills & MINIMAL advice (LIKE…the old adage…”Take some aspirin and call me in the morning!). Our Hospital Manager unfortunately was not in the office when Carson passed and reached out immediately upon her return. This place is either hiring people who don't know what they are doing. Or they are giving people the wrong information on purpose. This place sucks and I would not recommend Anyone to go there. Very sad because I've been a client for 15 years. Ever since Dr barrow passed its been downhill. Sorry Not Sorry.

The Vet absolutely REFUSED to help us finds our children's cat. Our cat is microchipped and went missing 7/21/2020 in Oley. It is very possible that one of the neighbors decided to adopt it as there are many strays around. WE called to ask the vet to check if cat matching our description was brought into a clinic between 7/22/2020 and today 8/5/2020 as well as to keep an eye on it. Don’t ever take your animal here
I went only 2x and the staff was great just like any other company. However my dog was told to me that my dog had a tumor under her eye and it must be removed if it got any bigger. Well it did get bigger and one day it just fell off by itself. It bleed just a little and it was not a tumor. Took to another vet for a second opinion and said it was only a skin tag yet Oley Vet wanted hundreds of dollars to remove it. I will never return to Oley Vet and will not recommend them. I would give 0 rating if I could. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. I have been going to here for several years and after today I will NOT be returning. I hope you don’t either. My dog had a seizer 3 weeks ago. This happened at 12:30 in the morning so we were not able to bring her here (thankfully). She was put on medication and was “loaded” with medication so the medicine would start working immediately.
