Me and my dad were looking forward to signing up with an extended warranty company for awhile now and came across Olive. I wasn’t too fond with calling in to sign up (I always love to do it online and go at my own pace) but I’m glad we did! I called Olive.com to get a quote for an extended warranty on a vehicle. I spoke with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable about the product. She explained how it works. Cindy was very patient cheerful through all the questions that I had. She is a credit to this company. She spoke with such conviction that I thought she owed it.There should be more Cidy in this world. The call I made was a pleasant experience.

So far we’ve haven’t required warranty service but we had a great start with each associate we have been in contact with. All questions regarding services have explained and should we have any future questions or service they guaranteed prompt and courteous responses.
