Since I'm a new member I can't really give a more defined review. However, a way to make payments via the online App would simplify the customer satisfaction and produce a larger bottom line for the company.

I appreciate how the team helped get my account set up. The person I spoke with was honest and forthcoming with my questions. Olive is the ONLY company I know of to offer this kind of service in California, and their rates are reasonable.

Scott was extremely helpful and explained everything, I also still have 13 months on the original factory warranty so I get stable cross each other but I am very happy the price is right and the does nothing more I can say Scott was very professional and explained everything correctly sincerely Steve T

It was very easy to get a warranty for my and my husbands cars. The fact that we do not have to wait for weeks to get coverage was definitely a plus, and also getting the quote and seeing which plan was the best and getting our own premium rate by what deductible we chose was great. It was a very easy process to get done and I feel better after recently having an $800 plus bill for inspection that at least now some things will be covered.
