Shorted me two games then was extremely disrespectful.
The lanes are cool and the bowling alley is clean, however the sign and internet states that they close at midnight, but they shut down at 11:30 and rush you out. Around 10:30 pm the staff starts cleaning and vacuuming while you're in the middle of bowling. They will even stop your game at 11:30pm even if you're not done bowling. All in all we had a good time, but they DEFINETLY need to update their hours of operation to reflect the truth.
Too expensive. ..we had at least 10 ppl and we purchased food and drinks food portions small and $1.25 for freekn drink refills...definitely not returning and wouldn't recommend. .."Olivette Lanes, nope never heard of it"

Would be helpful to notify purchasers that Groupon credits from expired deals cannot be used for food or drink. They said it was only good for bowling or shoe rental.
Was disappointed with the food we purchased. They advertised chicken wings on their menu; but when we got our food they were not wings - they were chicken bites! It was very discouraging and not a good deal for the money we spent on the food.
The lady working there was not friendly to my son at all! She was rude when answering his questions. I witnessed that he was polite to her. I was disappointed only with her.
Atmosphere is what you would expect, however the staff left a lot to be desired. If you want to go out with just the guys for a couple hours of fun go ahead. If you are met by a woman named Mel, turn around and leave, you are better off.
