Poor customer service from most but not all the employees. When we first came in no one greeted us with a smile, or really even acknowledged us within adequate time. They even failed to simply let us know "just a moment please". This happened both times we came in. The first time they didn't have any lanes so we had to come another time. The second time we called ahead and they said they did have lanes open but we still ended up waiting 30 minutes when we got there.
