I like Olivia. In the beginning she was helpful and quick to respond. What I didn’t like was the excessive amount of automated emails that made me feel unsure, unimportant, and like you didn’t want me to actually talk with your staff anymore as my loan progressed. At the end of this I don’t know my next steps and yes I’ll call to ask- but it would have been nice to get a call from your office instead of 60 automated emails ‘thanking me for my business’ and essentially just moving me along.

The entire process was very smooth, and any questions were promptly answered. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The entire process was easy to navigate, Olivia kept in constant contact letting me know what was needed and when things were going to happen, I never had to set foot in an office, and it was done faster than I anticipated!!!... Thanks again Olivia!
