Olivia was tenacious when it came to helping me get my credit score up to where it needed to be in order to qualify for my mortgage loan. She was always willing and able to answer all of my questions. I honestly still can't believe that she was able to get me qualified as quickly as she did. When the process started, I had fallen in love with a home and my credit score was sub-par, to say the least. I really didn't believe that anyone could help me, but Olivia made it happen for me!
She was really nice and easy to talk to.
Olivia was great to work with, she kept us up to date on the status of our refinance weekly and was always available to answer questions.
Always knew what needed to get done and what to expect next. Made first-time home buying much less stressful!
