Olivia is friendly. We didn't really have any personal contact, so I can only judge base on the emails we received. She was polite and was willing to answer our questions and work with us. The reason I only gave OK was because there was a problem on the system. Even though I uploaded our bank statement multiple times, the other lady still couldn't get it. I didn't feel comfortable about sending the bank statement via email (it contains sensitive information), but that was all we could do.
Olivia was very helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out and get back to me very promptly. She was kind and kept me in the loop the entire time during our house buying process. All of our paperwork was uploaded online which made it very easy to get all the documents into the system and organized so no one was missing anything. Thank you Olivia!
