Olivia, was great and she explained everything, if I didn't understand something she either showed me or explained to me how to find what I was looking for. We had other Mortgage holders get ahold of us who swore they could do better and maybe they could have but Olivia had already been helping us and we had decided to stick this out with her, you have a Great Worker, we wouldn't of had it any other way!!!
