We were sorry to view this report and that we were not the contractor that you selected for your home improvement project. It is very difficult to rate a company that did not complete work for you. Upon reviewing it though, we did discover how our Field Sales Representatives are handling themselves. The fact that our representative attempted to “save you money” only tells us that he was doing his job correctly. He did also ask the correct questions in trying to get a feel for what you were looking to get out of your home and obviously that answer was “longevity”. As a family owned business, we pride ourselves in customer service and assisting our customers in making an educated decision. Again, we are sorry that our company was not your first choice. Had we heard from you after the appointment we would have done all we could to make you a “very satisfied customer”, and had we been provided the opportunity to complete your project, we can assure you that you would have provided us with an “A” rating just like the other customers that we did complete work for on Angie's List.
