Overall, Olson provided excellent service. I have a small home and do not have many windows. Most window installers have a window minimum, and a few places I called would not even send someone out to my place. Olson had a smaller minimum than most. My experience with Olson was as good as it gets. They offer a multitude of window products and companies so you have choices to match your needs and budget. They even arranged for one window manufacturer to bring a mobile showroom to my house! It was a great way to get a look at what our choices were. Our salesman, Tony, was wonderful to work with. Joe responded quickly when we contacted Olson. He discussed our options for replacing the old exterior doors and suggested a good brand for new doors. We visited their showroom to see a sample of the door. Joe was flexible with scheduling the installation around our extended vacation. When the 2-man crew arrived to install the new doors, the job went quickly. They were courteous and professional and left the job site clean, both inside and outside the house. Scott from Olson came out and quoted the job. He was very professional and although we chose to go with someone else. Would have felt very comfortable using Olson.

Installers were professional and courteous, very pleased.
The entire process was great from initial visit and consultation to installation.
Everything about the process worked for me from initial meetup and estimate to installation to final payment. There were no issues with the installation and the windows look GREAT!
